How to Request Records

Contact your
current veterinarian
Simply call or email your current veterinary clinic. Tell them you’d like your pet’s medical records transferred to Paws Up Veterinary.
We'll take it from
there
Once we receive your records, we’ll add them to our system (Vetspire) so your pet’s history is ready for your first appointment.
Our team will reach out to confirm once everything is on file.
