Yes! When you book through the Paws Up app, you can select your preferred veterinarian. If you’re coming in for urgent care or need a virtual consult, we may pair you with the first available doctor, but don’t worry—our team communicates closely, so every vet knows your pet’s story.

We care exclusively for cats and dogs at Paws Up.

Yes—in fact, we encourage it. Our open-concept treatment floor and glass exam rooms are designed to keep you close. For surgeries or emergencies, we may ask you to drop your pet off, but you’ll receive timely updates and be reunited as quickly as possible.

We primarily operate by appointment, but we do see walk-ins. If you need help urgently, we’ll do our best to get you in same or next day. if you are experiencing an emergency, we will help triage you with one of our expert veterinarians or local emergency hospital partners.

We offer baths (medicated baths), anal gland expressions, and nail trims. We do offer daytime boarding, but not overnight. Our focus is on medical care and wellness, but we’re happy to recommend trusted local partners for grooming or boarding.

All of your pet’s health records—vaccines, prescriptions, lab work, and visit notes—are stored in your Paws Up app. It’s your pet’s entire health history in one place.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. If you use pet insurance, we’ll help you file claims directly.

Yes—we accept all standard pet insurance plans.
