Life doesn’t pause when your pet has a question or needs a check-in. With Paws Up’s Virtual Care Service (Paws On Call), you can connect with our licensed veterinary team (technicians or vets, depending on your needs) via video or chat — right from your home, your office, or even your couch.
How It Works:

Scheduling a virtual visit is simple — just book online, through our mobile app, or call us directly. Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email or text with a secure link to join your session. No downloads or logins required — just click to connect.

At your scheduled time, your Paws Up veterinarian will join you in a private, secure video call. Please be sure you’re in a well-lit space with a good internet connection and have your pet nearby for the call. If you can, jot down any questions or symptoms you’d like to review beforehand.

During your virtual appointment, your veterinarian will listen, observe, and guide you through a thorough discussion of your pet’s health. Based on what’s discussed, they’ll create a personalized care plan, which may include home care advice, recommended diagnostics, prescriptions, or an in-clinic follow-up if needed.

After your virtual visit, you’ll receive a summary of your pet’s care and any next steps through your Paws Up account or by email. Prescriptions or diets can be sent directly through our online pharmacy (Vetsource) for home delivery. If an in-person exam or diagnostic test is recommended, our team will help you schedule it right away.
